As a Director, Strategic HR Business Partner, you will be responsible for providing strategic HR leadership and ensuring our people strategy comes to life within your area of focus.
Key Responsibilities- Business & Strategic Leadership:
- Serve as a strategic partner to senior leadership, particularly the Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) and the CCO leadership team.
- Bring your knowledge of functions like Sales, Customer Service, Business Development and other operational and frontline teams to the table, advising at the intersection of business and talent strategy.
- Influence key decisions related to team health, performance, organizational design and workforce planning.
- Team Leadership and Development:

- Be a champion for our culture.

- Change Management:
- Help your team navigate complex organizational changes smoothly.
- Drive and lead other HRBPs in managing change, ensuring clear communication, alignment, and support for employees.
- Collaborate Across People Team:
- Work hand-in-hand with others on the People Team to create and execute strategies that support our business objectives with a people-first approach.
- Partner with teams like Recruiting, DEI, OD, and Total Rewards to develop and implement integrated People strategies that support our business objectives with a people-first approach.
- 10+ years of experience in HR, with at least 5 years in a leadership role managing HR professionals.
- A proven track record of partnering with and driving the success of teams across both business strategy and frontline operations.
- Strategic thinking that's bold and innovative, combined with the humility to listen and adapt.
- Exceptional partnership skills – from C-level leaders to frontline managers – building trust, delivering feedback, and facilitating discussions at all levels.
- Deep expertise in HR practices, including performance management, employee relations, organizational development, and change management.
- A data-driven mindset with a passion for turning insights into action.
- A commitment to creating a diverse, equitable, and inclusive workplace where everyone can feel they belong.
- Experience in both private and public companies.
- A background in scaling organizations in fast-paced, dynamic environments, especially within virtual or hybrid work models.
