Job Summary

The University of British Columbia is seeking an experienced Educational Program Coordinator to join our team. This is a unique opportunity to work in a dynamic and collaborative environment, supporting the development and delivery of educational programs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate the overall administration of educational programs, including scheduling, communication, and record-keeping.
  • Provide administrative support to program directors and faculty members, including preparing reports, managing databases, and coordinating events.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including faculty, staff, and students.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement program policies and procedures.
  • Perform financial duties, including budgeting, expense tracking, and reporting.
Requirements
  • High school graduation, plus two-year post-secondary diploma, plus four years of related experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
