The Beach Club Resort is seeking a skilled Executive Chef - Restaurant Operations to lead our culinary team in delivering exceptional dining experiences to our guests.
Key Responsibilities:
- Determine the size of food portions and costs to maintain profitability.
- Plan menus and estimate food requirements to ensure efficient kitchen operations.
- Supervise kitchen staff and helpers to maintain high standards of quality and safety.
- Inspect kitchens and food service areas to ensure cleanliness and organization.
- Train staff in preparation, cooking and handling of food to enhance their skills and knowledge.
Requirements:
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years in a similar role.
- Work Setting: Restaurant environment.
