Job Title: Retail Store Supervisor

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at Dawson Creek Husky. As a key member of our store operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our sales floor and ensuring a positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assign sales workers to duties and ensure efficient workflow
  • Hire, train, and develop staff to meet business needs
  • Authorize returns and resolve customer complaints in a fair and timely manner
  • Establish work schedules and manage inventory levels
  • Prepare sales reports and analyze data to inform business decisions
  • Supervise and coordinate activities of sales staff to achieve sales goals
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Reliability and ability to work independently
