Job Title: Retail Store Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at Sootay Smoke and Convenience Store. As a key member of our store operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our store, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and Co-ordinate Activities: Supervise and co-ordinate the activities of our sales team, ensuring they are working efficiently and effectively to meet sales targets.
  • Assign Sales Workers to Duties: Assign sales workers to duties, ensuring they are working in the most productive areas of the store.
  • Authorize Return of Merchandise: Authorize the return of merchandise, ensuring that our customers are satisfied with their purchases.
  • Establish Work Schedules: Establish work schedules for our sales team, ensuring that we have adequate coverage during peak periods.
  • Prepare Reports: Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters, providing valuable insights to our management team.
  • Organize and Maintain Inventory: Organize and maintain our inventory, ensuring that we have the right products in stock to meet customer demand.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a retail environment.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 35 to 40 hours per week.
