Job Description:

The ideal candidate will have a passion for delivering high-quality dishes, training staff, and maintaining inventory. Key responsibilities include preparation and cooking of complete meals or individual dishes, training staff in food preparation, cooking, and handling, supervising kitchen staff and helpers, maintaining inventory and records, and cleaning kitchen and work areas.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Preparation and Cooking: Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes, ensuring that all dishes meet our high standards.
  • Staff Training: Train new staff members on food preparation, cooking, and handling procedures, promoting a culture of excellence within our kitchen team.
  • Supervision: Supervise and manage the performance of kitchen staff and helpers, providing guidance and support as needed.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory levels and records, ensuring that we always have the necessary ingredients and supplies to meet customer demand.
  • Cleanliness: Ensure that the kitchen and surrounding work areas are clean, safe, and well-maintained at all times.
Benefits:
