We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Executive Chef Assistant to join our team at ONTARIO INC. in a full-time permanent position.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating special events, determining food portions and costs, planning menus, and preparing complete meals or individual dishes and foods.

  • Assist the head chef in menu planning and preparation;
  • Coordinate events such as buffets and banquets;
  • Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies, and equipment;
  • Clean kitchen and work areas;

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • No degree, certificate, or diploma required;
  • Will train on the job;
  • Basic security clearance;
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills;

  • Physically demanding role requiring standing for extended periods and handling heavy loads;
