About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Chef Assistant to join our team at Aramark Canada Ltd. As an integral member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for supporting the Senior Chef in the preparation, cooking, and presentation of high-quality food.

Key Responsibilities
  • Instruct kitchen staff in preparation, cooking, garnishing, and presentation techniques to ensure exceptional food quality.
  • Collaborate with the Senior Chef to plan menus that meet the highest standards of taste, presentation, and nutritional value.
  • Recruit and train new staff members, ensuring they possess the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in their roles.
  • Supervise and mentor kitchen staff, providing guidance and support to ensure seamless kitchen operations.
  • Maintain accurate records of inventory, supplies, and equipment, optimizing resource utilization and minimizing waste.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth event execution and customer satisfaction.
What We Offer
  • A competitive salary range of $55,000 - $65,000 per annum, commensurate with experience.
