About the Role

We are looking for an experienced professional with a strong background in insurance and legal procedures. Your primary responsibility will be to schedule and confirm appointments, maintain accurate filing systems, and prepare correspondence and legal documents as required.

In this role, you will work closely with our litigation team to ensure timely and efficient processing of insurance claims. Your excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask will be valuable assets in this position.

Key Responsibilities
  • Schedule and confirm appointments with clients and stakeholders
  • Maintain accurate and organized filing systems
  • Prepare and key in correspondence and legal documents
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must have:

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in insurance or legal administration
  • PCLaw in the Cloud and MS Office proficiency
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A high level of accuracy and attention to detail
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary range of $55,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience. Our comprehensive benefits package includes dental and healthcare plans, as well as additional perks such as flexible working hours and opportunities for professional growth and development.
