Job Description

CEDA is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Fleet Coordinator to join our Edmonton team. The successful candidate will primarily support the Fleet Management Program and serve as the primary contact for employees utilizing company vehicles.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain and coordinate all CEDA vehicle GPS devices, fuel cards, vehicle maintenance, and database updates.
  • Oversee the administration of all fleet-related contracts.
  • Identify and report risks and opportunities linked to fleet vehicles to assigned business units.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Manage vehicle rental requests and asset disposals.
  • Provide reporting to various CEDA business groups.
  • Support and learn other areas of the business.

Requirements

  • Post-secondary administration education or equivalent experience.
  • 2-3 years of industry-related experience.
  • Strong computer skills, with experience in Microsoft Suite and the ability to learn new systems quickly.
