Voilà is a leading e-commerce grocery home delivery business, dedicated to providing Canadians with a convenient and reliable way to shop for groceries. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our van fleet and warehouse logistics.

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Fleet Operations Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating the movement of vans, ensuring they are properly maintained and equipped, and communicating with our fleet team to resolve any issues that may arise.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate the movement of vans to and from the warehouse, ensuring they are properly loaded and unloaded.
  • Perform regular inspections of vans to identify any defects or issues that need to be addressed.
  • Communicate with our fleet team to resolve any issues that may arise, such as mechanical problems or damage to the vans.
  • Ensure that all vans are properly maintained and equipped, including fuel levels, temperature, and other essential systems.
  • Work closely with our warehouse team to ensure that vans are parked efficiently and that the warehouse is kept clean and tidy.
  • Perform other duties as required to support the smooth operation of our van fleet and warehouse logistics.

Requirements

  • Alberta driving license
  • Legal driving abstract
  • Experience with the Microsoft Office suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Ability to transmit and receive information to supervisor using appropriate communications equipment (radio)
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
