About the Role

CEDA is currently hiring a Fleet Coordinator to support our Edmonton team in the Fleet Management Program. As the primary contact for employees utilizing company vehicles, this role will be responsible for maintaining and coordinating all CEDA vehicle GPS devices, fuel cards, vehicle maintenance, and database updates.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the administration of all fleet-related contracts and ensure compliance with company policies.
  • Monitor and report on risks and opportunities linked to fleet vehicles, working closely with assigned business units.
  • Maintain and manage all vehicle rental requests and asset disposals, ensuring timely and efficient processing.
  • Provide supply reporting to various CEDA business groups, ensuring accurate and timely data.
  • Support and learn other areas of the business, contributing to the growth and development of the organization.

Requirements

  • Post-secondary administration education or equivalent experience.
  • 2-3 years of industry-related experience, preferably in fleet management or a related field.
  • Strong computer skills, with experience in Microsoft Suite and the ability to learn new systems quickly.

Skills and Qualities

  • Strong attention to detail, with a proactive approach to resolving issues.
  • Excellent organizational, prioritization, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • High commitment level to meeting deadlines and delivering results.
