About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Omnichannel Capability Development Manager to join our team in Toronto, Ontario. This is a fixed employee contract position for 12 months.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement omnichannel marketing strategies across multiple brands.
  • Leverage AI, machine learning, and data insights to optimize HCP messaging and drive engagement.
  • Partner with analytics and business teams to identify key performance metrics and drive business growth.
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is required, with a minimum of 7 years of professional experience in healthcare or a related field.
  • Prior experience in building and implementing omnichannel marketing solutions, as well as proficiency in Google Analytics, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, or other automated marketing systems, is preferred.
