We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Hotel Front Desk Clerk to join our team at Nimpo Lake Resort Ltd.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Register arriving guests and assign rooms in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Process group arrivals and departures, ensuring seamless transitions for our guests.
  • Take, cancel, and change room reservations as needed, providing excellent communication with guests.
  • Provide information on hotel facilities and services, including amenities and local attractions.
  • Assist guests with special needs, ensuring a welcoming and inclusive environment.
  • Maintain an inventory of vacancies, reservations, and room assignments, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  • Follow emergency and safety procedures, prioritizing guest safety and well-being.
  • Clerical duties, including faxing, filing, and photocopying, to support the front desk team.
  • Answer telephone calls and relay messages, providing exceptional customer service.
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience an asset, but not required.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on customer service.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
