Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Financial Controller who can provide strategic financial guidance and leadership to our organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing our financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes, as well as overseeing financial reporting and analysis.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement financial strategies to drive business growth and improve profitability
  • Manage financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting
  • Oversee financial reporting and analysis to inform business decisions and optimize resource allocation
  • Lead cross-functional teams to achieve financial objectives and goals
Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in financial leadership roles, preferably in the food industry
  • Proven track record of driving financial growth and improving profitability
  • Strong financial planning and analysis skills, with ability to develop and implement strategic financial plans
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with ability to motivate and engage cross-functional teams
