Salary Range:
$65,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
Job Description:
The Costing and Financial Modelling Analyst will join our divisional estimation team, bringing expertise in cost accounting and financial modelling. This role requires collaboration with internal teams to estimate costs involved in production and delivery of new and existing products.
Responsibilities include reviewing product and process requirements, developing pricing recommendations, and supporting other functional areas in quantifying cost impacts.
This position also involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to validate and source data, coordinating projects, and critically evaluating estimates for accuracy and completeness.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business
- Minimum 2 years of cost accounting and/or estimating experience, preferably in multi-site, multi-sku manufacturing and/or food processing
- Experience working with ERP systems, particularly bills of material (BOM), routings, and MRP concepts
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and estimation/quoting tools
- Strong communication skills, verbal and written
- Team player with exceptional ability to establish and maintain quality relationships
