About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at OLD TOWN PIZZA HOUSE BAR & GRILL. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food service establishment, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our food meets the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Supervision
    • Supervise and co-ordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food
    • Train staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures
    • Hire and manage food service staff
  • Quality Control and Customer Service
    • Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
    • Address customers' complaints or concerns
  • Administrative and Operational Tasks
    • Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage
    • Prepare and submit reports
    • Establish work schedules
Work Environment

As a Food Service Supervisor at OLD TOWN PIZZA HOUSE BAR & GRILL, you will work in a fast-paced environment with a team of dedicated professionals. You will be required to work under pressure and maintain a high level of productivity in a noisy, wet/damp, and hot work site environment.

Requirements
  • No degree, certificate or diploma required
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a food service establishment
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work under pressure
