Job Title: Food Service Supervisor

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Panago Pizza. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading a team of food service staff and ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and high-quality food.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Leadership: Lead a team of 1 to 2 people and provide guidance and support to ensure they meet their job duties and responsibilities.
  • Training and Development: Train staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures, and provide ongoing coaching and feedback to ensure they are meeting expectations.
  • Inventory Management: Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation and maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
  • Customer Service: Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards and address customers' complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Scheduling: Establish work schedules and ensure that staff are adequately staffed to meet customer demand.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service environment.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 30 to 35 hours per week.
