Food Service Team Lead

Panago Pizza is seeking a skilled Food Service Supervisor to lead our fast-paced kitchen team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring that our food and service meet the highest quality standards. Your expertise in training staff, managing inventory, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment will be essential in driving our success. If you have a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences and leading a high-performing team, we want to hear from you. Key Responsibilities:
* Train and develop a team of 1-2 food service staff to ensure they have the skills and knowledge to deliver excellent customer service and prepare high-quality food products
* Manage inventory and supplies to ensure that we have the necessary ingredients and equipment to meet customer demand
* Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to all health and safety regulations
* Collaborate with other team members to achieve business objectives and drive sales growth
* Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner
Requirements:
* 1-2 years of experience in a fast-paced food service environment
* Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
* Excellent communication and leadership skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances
