Food Service Team Lead

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Panago Pizza. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading a team of food service staff and ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and high-quality food.
Key Responsibilities- Lead a team of food service staff to ensure excellent customer service and food quality
- Train and develop staff to meet the needs of our customers and the business
- Manage inventory and supplies to ensure efficient operations
- Monitor and maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service environment
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Physical ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 pounds
This role will be based in a fast food outlet or concession, working a variety of shifts including evenings and weekends.
