Responsibilities:- Intake Coordination: Ensure accurate and detailed intake of patient information on their first visit and throughout their treatment plan.
- Scheduling and Record-Keeping: Coordinate scheduling of patient appointments, maintain accurate medical records, and provide administrative support to the Clinic Director.
- Payment Processing: Collect payments at time of service, track coverage for funding streams, and complete data entry and billing tasks.
- Administrative Support: Provide support to the Care Coordinator Manager and Clinic Director as needed.
- Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Customer Service Skills: Excellent customer service skills and telephone etiquette.
- Organizational Skills: High degree of organizational skills, ability to prioritize and multitask.
- Computer Skills: Strong computer and data entry skills.
