About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled National Business Manager to join our team at Church & Dwight Canada. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for managing and executing business strategies with Amazon Canada to deliver our category and brand objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement annual business plans to achieve sales, share, and profit goals
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with Amazon to ensure best-in-class partnership for assigned categories
  • Conduct regular category business reviews with customers to ensure alignment and support for initiatives
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify and execute strategic plans
  • Manage financial and demand forecasting, including trade spend and revenue growth targets
  • Support digital marketing strategies and negotiate retail media programs
  • Drive eCommerce capabilities enhancements and collaborate with international partners

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree required
  • Minimum 3-5 years of CPG sales experience, preferably with a national retailer
  • eCommerce experience is a significant asset
  • Strong analytical and negotiation skills, with ability to transform insights into actionable plans
  • Vendor Central experience is an asset
