With a focus on delivering complex projects, our team requires an experienced professional who can provide engineering solutions and support. As a Geotechnical Specialist, you will work closely with clients to understand their needs and develop tailored solutions.

This role involves performing specific and moderate portions of broader assignments, gathering and correlating basic engineering data, and proposing approaches to solve new problems. You will also identify discrepancies in results, provide guidance to entry-level engineers, and perform tasks necessary to complete primary design elements for engineering works.

To succeed in this position, you will require developmental experience in a professional position, a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, and 2 years of related experience. A Master's degree in Geotechnical Engineering is preferred, as well as experience with geotechnical investigation, reporting, analysis, and site investigation and field work.

We offer a competitive salary range of $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience, plus a comprehensive benefits package, including hybrid work options, professional development opportunities, and a safe and respectful workplace culture.
