Restaurant Operations Manager

We are seeking a skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at WTC Burger Management Systems. As a key member of our restaurant operations team, you will be responsible for managing a team of staff in a fast-paced environment, ensuring efficient meal preparation and exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities- Team Management: Supervise and coordinate staff activities to ensure smooth food preparation and service, train staff on job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures.
- Operations: Establish efficient work schedules and methods to meet deadlines, estimate ingredient and supply needs for meal preparation, maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
- Reporting: Prepare and submit reports to management, ensuring timely and accurate communication of key performance indicators.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Experience: 1-2 years in a similar role
- Restaurant environment
- Health care plan
- Permanent work term
- English language required
- 30-35 hours per week
