Operations Manager

MONTANA'S BBQ AND BAR is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to join our team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurant and bar, ensuring seamless execution of our business strategies and policies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Management: Lead and manage a team of 16-20 staff members, providing guidance and support to ensure they have the necessary resources and tools to excel in their roles.
  • Resource Allocation: Allocate material, human, and financial resources to implement organizational policies and programs, ensuring efficient use of resources and maximum impact.
  • Policy Development: Establish objectives for the organization and formulate or approve policies and programs, ensuring alignment with our business goals and strategies.
  • Representation: Represent the organization in negotiations or other official functions, ensuring effective communication and representation of our interests.
  • Staff Development: Select and develop middle managers, directors, or other executive staff, providing them with the necessary authority and support to excel in their roles.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in a leadership or management role.
  • Skills: Excellent oral communication, flexibility, organization, and team player skills.
