Director of Fund Management - Wealth and Investment Services
Acts Consulting Co. is seeking a seasoned Director of Fund Management to spearhead our wealth and investment services division:
Qualifications:
- A degree in finance, banking, accounting, economics, business, or a related field. Additional credentials such as MBA, CFA, CPA, or LLB are advantageous.
- Over 10 years of substantial experience in fund establishment and oversight, with a minimum of 5 years in a senior management role and exposure to investment immigration business.
- Preferred experience with SFC RO 4 and 9, though not essential.
- Proven track record in private equity, equity fund, or bond fund raising, including successful financing, acquisitions, and mergers of investment ventures.
- Strong client relationship management skills and business development capabilities; familiarity with External Asset Manager (EAM) operations is a plus.
- Exceptional leadership qualities, strategic vision, and superior investment management abilities.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with fluency in English, Putonghua, and Cantonese.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the fund and wealth management division by developing strategic investment analyses, sourcing, and executing acquisitions and mergers of investment opportunities, managing the complete investment lifecycle to ensure optimal returns.
- Coordinate data collection and analysis, enhance the investment project portfolio, and identify and evaluate investment opportunities.
- Manage primary and/or secondary market deal structuring, origination, industry research and analysis, project evaluation, deal execution, and investment oversight.
- Establish funds and create performance records for client investments.
- Expand the client base and oversee the sales team to deliver wealth management services and meet sales objectives.
- Develop business strategies and directions in response to evolving market dynamics.
