High Cliff Partners Inc. is seeking a highly skilled SAP Commerce Cloud/Hybris Technical Lead Analyst to join our team on a full-time permanent basis. This role will be primarily remote, with the ability to work from anywhere in Canada, as long as you are willing to work EST hours.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide technical leadership for SAP Commerce Cloud/Hybris projects, ensuring timely and successful delivery.
- Lead the end-to-end technical resolution of production issues, guiding the team on design and development of software solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to triage, prioritize, and action service requests.
- Develop and optimize groovy scripts, and SQL queries to support data analysis, reporting, and modifying database table entries.
- Execute application configuration and maintenance tasks to support daily business operations, and high-volume events.
- Provide on-call support for high-priority production issues, occasionally required outside of normal hours.
- Minimum three years of experience in technical support or systems analysis, with a focus on ecommerce software applications, preferably SAP Commerce Cloud.
- Working experience with SQL, XML/JSON, Java, HTML/CSS, Javascript, RESTful APIs, and DevOps, networking, CI/CD, security practices, DBMS.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work well under pressure.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proven ability to work effectively in a scrum team environment.
- Experience with version SAP CCv is highly preferred.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Must be legally authorized to work in Canada.
