Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Front Desk Agent to join our team at Days Inn & Suites Thompson. As a Front Desk Agent, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests, handling room reservations, and ensuring a smooth check-in and check-out process.

Key Responsibilities
  • Register arriving guests and assign rooms in a timely and efficient manner
  • Process room reservations, cancellations, and changes
  • Provide information on hotel facilities and services to guests
  • Process guest departures, calculate charges, and receive payments
  • Answer telephone calls and relay messages to guests and staff
  • Assist guests with special needs and provide exceptional customer service
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work as part of a team
