Front Desk Representative

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Front Desk Agent to join our team at Days Inn & Suites Thompson.
Job Summary:The Front Desk Agent will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests, handling room reservations, and ensuring a smooth check-in and check-out process.
Key Responsibilities:- Guest Services: Register arriving guests, assign rooms, and provide information on hotel facilities and services.
- Reservations: Take, cancel, and change room reservations as needed.
- Customer Service: Answer telephone calls, relay messages, and provide assistance to guests with special needs.
- Administrative Tasks: Process guest departures, calculate charges, and receive payments.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Work Experience: Will train.
- Language: English.
- Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
