Front Desk Representative

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Front Desk Agent to join our team at Days Inn & Suites Thompson. As a Front Desk Agent, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests, handling room reservations, and ensuring a smooth check-in and check-out process.
Key Responsibilities- Register arriving guests and assign rooms in a timely and efficient manner
- Process room reservations, cancellations, and changes with accuracy and attention to detail
- Provide guests with information on hotel facilities and services, including dining options, amenities, and local attractions
- Process guest departures, calculate charges, and receive payments in a professional and courteous manner
- Answer telephone calls and relay messages to guests and staff in a timely and efficient manner
- Assist guests with special needs and provide exceptional customer service
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work as part of a team and provide exceptional customer service
The Front Desk Agent will work in a hotel environment with a fast-paced and dynamic atmosphere. The ideal candidate will be able to work well under pressure and provide exceptional customer service in a timely and efficient manner.
