Sales Representative

As a key member of our sales team, you will play a critical role in driving revenue growth and customer satisfaction at Wesco International, Inc.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to increase sales of our safety solutions, leveraging your expertise and industry knowledge to build strong relationships with existing and new customers.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives and achieve business objectives.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including upselling and cross-selling our products and services.
- Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring timely delivery of products and services.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to inform sales strategies and improve customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent required; relevant sales experience and industry knowledge preferred.
- Proven track record of success in sales, with a strong understanding of sales principles, techniques, and tools.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and define problems, and develop effective solutions.
