Insurance Sales Representative

About the Role
As an Insurance Sales Representative at Western Coast Insurance Services, you will play a crucial role in meeting sales targets and building lasting relationships with customers. Your primary responsibility will be to provide quotes and sell new policies to customers, ensuring they have the right insurance solution to protect their assets.
Key Responsibilities
- Meet sales targets through quotes and referrals of new business
- Build and maintain relationships with customers to understand their insurance needs
- Provide quotes and sell new policies to customers via various channels
- Assist customers with the purchase of their home and auto policies
- Manage and build customer relationships to meet insurance sales targets
- Follow up on all client accounts to resolve outstanding activities
- Conduct sales calls for new business and make timely renewal calls for existing customer business
Requirements
- No prior experience required; training provided for the right candidate
- RIBO / General Level 1 Insurance License an asset
- Proficient in navigating multiple computer programs
- Ability to communicate professionally in-person, over the phone, and through email
- Prior experience achieving sales targets in a similar or comparable role
- Working experience in EPIC an asset
