Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Counter/Inside Sales Representative to join our team in Kitimat. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, processing orders and inquiries, and maintaining a high level of product knowledge.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide direct customer service via counter sales
  • Process orders and inquiries in a timely and efficient manner
  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving
  • Confirm stock availability and suggest alternative products or solutions
  • Put away counter stock and maintain a clean and organized showroom
Requirements
  • Grade 12 education (or equivalent)
  • Minimum of one year of related experience in sales or customer service
  • A valid driver's license is required
  • Product knowledge of the electrical business is an asset
