About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Lead Real Estate Development Strategist to join our dynamic team at HighView Partners. As a key member of our development team, you will be responsible for driving the full cycle of projects from acquisition to occupancy.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute business plans, preparing presentations and executing strategies.
  • Oversee land entitlement and project management, collaborating with our construction team to deliver and stabilize projects on time and on budget.
  • Take ownership of a large pipeline of residential and mixed-use real estate projects in various stages of development.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • At least 7 years of experience in large-scale high-rise and mid-rise residential/mixed-use real estate development.
  • A proven track record of managing complex development projects and developing purpose-built rental projects in the Greater Toronto Area.
  • Strong knowledge of local planning approval regulatory/policy frameworks, associated municipal processes and actors, high-rise process, etc.
  • Excellent people and project management skills, reporting experience, and ability to prioritize multiple projects, relationships, tasks, and deadlines.
  • Established relationships within the real estate industry and ability to build trust, confidence, and rapport with diverse stakeholders.

Compensation Package

The estimated annual salary for this role is $120,000 - $180,000, depending on experience. This figure is based on national averages for similar roles in the industry.
