Key Responsibilities
  • Health Education Programs

Develop and implement health education programs to promote healthy lifestyles and disease prevention among our clients.

Home Care Management

Manage home care cases, ensuring that our clients receive the highest level of care and support in the comfort of their own homes.

Nursing Consultations

Provide consultative services to our clients, addressing issues related to nursing practice and providing expert advice on healthcare matters.

Nursing Care

Deliver high-quality nursing care to our clients, ensuring their physical and emotional needs are met.

Team Leadership

Supervise and lead a team of licensed practical nurses and other nursing staff, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent patient care.

Requirements
  • Licensure

Hold a valid licensure as a Registered Nurse from provincial or territorial authorities.

Work Environment

Work in a fast-paced environment, managing a large workload and prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines.

Physical Demands

Stand for extended periods, bend, crouch, and kneel as required, and work in a physically demanding environment.

Personal Qualities

Exhibit excellent oral and written communication skills, accurate, client-focused, efficient interpersonal skills, and a strong sense of initiative and judgment.
