Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Associate Manager, Employment Services to join our team at our Oshawa branch. As a key member of our leadership team, you will play a critical role in supporting the delivery of our employment programs and services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Program Delivery and Support
    • Develop and maintain comprehensive knowledge of our employment programs and services, including eligibility criteria and program requirements.
    • Provide support to the Director, Employment Services, including scheduling meetings, preparing reports and presentations, and completing administrative tasks.
    • Assist with project management to support and manage projects and initiatives, coordinating with team members and tracking progress.
  • Analysis and Reporting
    • Analyze data and prepare reports to inform program development and service delivery.
    • Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for program improvement.
  • Stakeholder Engagement
    • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including branch managers, community partners, and leadership team.
    • Provide backup support to the Branch Manager role in absences.
  • Leadership and Development
    • Support the planning process by preparing and compiling reports to help achieve short and long-term goals.
    • Develop and maintain knowledge of best practices in employment services and program delivery.

    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience in data analysis and report preparation.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with experience in stakeholder engagement and relationship building.
    • Strong organizational and time management skills, with experience in managing multiple tasks and projects.
  • Skills and Abilities
    • Leadership potential, with experience in supporting team members and contributing to a positive work environment.
    • Flexibility and adaptability, with experience in responding to changing needs and priorities.
    • Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
