Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Associate Manager, Employment Services to join our team at our Oshawa branch. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for providing leadership and support to our employment services team, ensuring that our programs and services meet the needs of our clients and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Program Management: Develop and implement effective program strategies to support job seekers and employers, ensuring that our services meet the needs of our clients and stakeholders.
- Team Leadership: Provide guidance and support to our employment services team, ensuring that they have the skills and resources needed to deliver high-quality services.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including branch managers, community partners, and leadership team.
- Project Management: Assist with project management to support and manage projects and initiatives, ensuring that they are completed on time and within budget.
- Data Analysis: Analyze data and prepare reports to inform program development and improvement.
Requirements
- Education: Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as business, social work, or human resources.
- Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in a related field, such as employment services, program management, or team leadership.
- Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
