Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team at Performance Auto Group.

This is a part-time/temporary position with a 6-month contract, working as a Front Desk Administrator. As a key member of our dealership team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring seamless interactions with clients.

The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Answer and direct all incoming calls in a courteous and professional manner.
  • Minimize time customers spend on hold and ensure prompt resolution of inquiries.
  • Greet showroom customers and provide assistance with basic inquiries.
  • Communicate messages to relevant parties in a timely manner.
  • Update dealership schedule/directory regularly.
  • Administer motor vehicle licensing and vehicle inventory tasks.
  • Perform other related administrative duties as required by management.
Requirements
  • Must have daytime/evening and weekend availability due to on-call requirements.
  • A reliable motor vehicle is considered an asset.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Minimum 1 year customer service experience required.
  • Reception and/or Dealership experience is considered an asset.
  • Team-oriented individual with a positive attitude.
  • Willingness to be trained on motor vehicle licensing.
  • Able to meet deadlines and work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Personable, reliable, courteous.
  • Strong computer skills and experience with Google Drive is an asset.
