Your primary goal will be to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to computer systems, network, and internet connectivity. You will also be responsible for providing training and guidance to users on how to use our systems effectively. Additionally, you will be responsible for maintaining a comprehensive problems and solutions log to aid in future troubleshooting efforts. **Key Responsibilities:**

* Provide technical support to users via phone, email, or in-person
* Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to computer systems, network, and internet connectivity

**Requirements:**

* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
* 2 years of experience in technical support or related field
