About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Supervisor to join our team at Dr. Phone Fix. As a Sales Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading our sales team and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Team Leadership: Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales team members, ensuring they meet sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
  • Sales Performance: Analyze sales data and develop strategies to improve sales performance, including identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes.
  • Customer Service: Ensure that customers receive exceptional service, responding to their needs and resolving any issues that may arise.
  • Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory levels, ensuring that stock is accurately recorded and that stockouts are minimized.
  • Reporting: Prepare and submit regular sales reports, providing insights into sales performance and identifying areas for improvement.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a sales or retail environment
  • Skills: Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.
  • Work Environment: Fast-paced environment with a focus on customer service and sales growth.
