Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior Construction Supervisor to lead our sewer and water infrastructure projects. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and completion of construction projects while ensuring safety, quality, and productivity.

Responsibilities
  • Lead and supervise a team of construction professionals to ensure timely completion of projects
  • Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and budgets to meet client requirements
  • Collaborate with clients, consultants, and internal stakeholders to resolve issues and ensure project success
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations, industry standards, and company policies
  • Maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation throughout the project lifecycle
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in construction supervision or management, preferably in sewer and water infrastructure
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools, such as Microsoft Project and Primavera
  • Post-secondary education in a related field, such as engineering, construction management, or a related field
