Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Support Specialist to join our team at Spark Financial Group. As an Administrative Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team, including record-keeping, correspondence, and data entry.
Key Responsibilities
- Record and prepare minutes of meetings, seminars, and conferences
- Determine and establish office procedures and routines
- Answer telephone and relay telephone calls and messages
- Answer electronic enquiries
- Order office supplies and maintain inventory
- Set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems
- Type and proofread correspondence, forms, and other documents
Requirements
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience
- Permanent employment
- Language of work: English
- Hours of work: 30 to 44 hours per week
