Job Description

At William Academy, we are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Executive to join our team. As a Marketing Executive, you will be responsible for developing promotional materials, managing contracts, and planning and directing advertising campaigns.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop Promotional Materials: Create engaging and effective promotional materials, including brochures, reports, and newsletters, to promote our business services.
  • Manage Contracts: Oversee the management of contracts, including negotiating terms and conditions, and ensuring compliance with company policies.
  • Plan and Direct Advertising Campaigns: Plan, direct, and evaluate the activities of firms and departments that develop and implement advertising campaigns to promote the sales of products and services.
  • Write and Edit Press Releases and Communications Materials: Write and edit press releases, newsletter, and communications materials to promote our business services.
  • Direct and Evaluate Establishments and Departments: Direct and evaluate establishments and departments that maintain media relations on behalf of businesses, governments, and other organizations.
  • Act as Spokesperson: Act as spokesperson for our organization, responding to written and oral inquiries, and providing information to the public and media.
  • Assist in the Preparation of Materials: Assist in the preparation of brochures, reports, newsletters, and other materials to promote our business services.
  • Coordinate Special Publicity Events: Coordinate special publicity events and promotions to promote our business services.
  • Maintain and Manage Digital Database: Maintain and manage digital database to track and analyze marketing efforts and customer interactions.
  • Research and Prepare Communications Materials: Gather, research, and prepare communications material to promote our business services.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in marketing or related field.
  • Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
