About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Marketing Executive to join our team at William Academy. As a Marketing Executive, you will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies to promote our business services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop Promotional Materials: Create engaging promotional materials such as brochures, reports, and newsletters to showcase our services.
  • Manage Contracts: Oversee the management of contracts with clients and vendors to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of services.
  • Market Business Services: Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote our business services to a wide range of clients.
  • Write and Edit Press Releases: Write and edit press releases, newsletter, and communications materials to promote our services and build relationships with clients.
  • Direct and Evaluate Establishments: Direct and evaluate establishments and departments that maintain media relations on behalf of businesses, governments, and other organizations.
  • Plan and Direct Advertising Campaigns: Plan, direct, and evaluate the activities of firms and departments that develop and implement advertising campaigns to promote the sales of products and services.
  • Act as Spokesperson: Act as a spokesperson for our organization, representing our brand and values in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Answer Inquiries: Answer written and oral inquiries from clients and stakeholders in a timely and professional manner.
  • Assist in Preparation of Materials: Assist in the preparation of brochures, reports, newsletters, and other materials to promote our services.
  • Coordinate Special Events: Coordinate special publicity events and promotions to raise awareness of our services and build relationships with clients.
  • Maintain Digital Database: Maintain and manage digital databases to track client interactions and preferences.
  • Research and Prepare Communications Materials: Gather, research, and prepare communications materials to promote our services and build relationships with clients.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in marketing or a related field.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Environment: School or educational institution/establishment.
  • Work Hours: 30 hours per week.
