Key Responsibilities
  • Design and produce promotional materials to enhance visibility.
  • Oversee contracts and manage vendor relationships.
  • Market the services offered by the institution.
  • Compose and refine press releases, newsletters, and other communication materials.
  • Lead and assess departments that handle media relations for the organization.
  • Plan and evaluate advertising campaigns aimed at boosting service sales.
  • Serve as the spokesperson for the organization.
  • Respond to inquiries in both written and verbal formats.
  • Assist in creating brochures, reports, and other informational materials.
  • Coordinate special events and promotional activities.
  • Establish and maintain media contacts.
  • Prepare and deliver educational and promotional programs.
  • Manage and maintain a digital database for communications.
  • Research and compile communication materials.
Supervision
  • Oversee working groups.
Experience Requirements
  • Field of Experience: Community service organization
  • Specialization Areas: Advertising, Communications, Community Campaigns, Customs Services, Market Research, Marketing, Media Relations, Public Relations
Travel and Transportation
  • Must have a valid driver's license and own vehicle.
  • Willingness to travel for work, including overnight and cross-border travel.
  • Travel expenses will be covered by the employer.
Work Conditions
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
  • Must be prepared for overtime and manage a large workload.
  • Attention to detail is crucial.
