Patient Engagement and Retention Professional

As a Patient Engagement and Retention Professional at Vision Group, you will play a crucial role in enhancing patient satisfaction by delivering personalized consultations, building rapport, and facilitating steps of their patient journey.
Key Responsibilities:
- You will present treatment options to prospective patients across different regions through virtual & in-person meetings.
- You will utilize computer tools such as Outlook, Word, and Excel for tasks including results tracking, reporting, EMR systems for follow-up tasks, and managing patient-related activities.
- You will collaborate with the LASIK MD clinic team to improve people's eyesight.
About You:
- You have an interest in the medical field and a passion for delivering excellent customer service.
- You possess a broad background in customer service or retention in a relevant industry such as cosmetics, retail, banking, insurance, travel sales, restaurants, gyms, etc.
- Your experience as an account manager or sales representative is considered an asset.
- You have flexible work availability Monday to Saturday (8:30 am-5:00 pm).
We Offer:
- A hybrid position (in-office/remote) located in Downtown Toronto.

Salary Range:
$60,000 - $80,000 per year
Travel Requirements:
- You may be required to travel for training to other clinics in the GTA region.
