Senior Mechanical and Electrical Project Manager

Job Summary:
EllisDon is seeking a highly skilled MEIT Project Manager to lead the Mechanical, Electrical, and Information Technology scopes of work for construction projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and managing project schedules, budgets, and resources.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and coordinate project schedules, budgets, and resources.
- Monitor and report on project progress, identifying and mitigating potential risks and issues.
- Collaborate with project teams, stakeholders, and clients to ensure project deliverables meet expectations.
- Develop and implement project management plans, including scope, timeline, budget, and resource allocation.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry standards.
- Provide expert advice and guidance on project management best practices.
- Lead project meetings, determine project status, and solve complex technical issues.
- Manage project documentation, including reports, records, and communication.
Requirements:
- 8-10 years of experience in Mechanical and Electrical construction project management.
- Proven track record of managing projects from start to finish, including scope development, specification development, tender management, and project close-out.
- Full understanding and experience with maintenance and life-cycle budgeting.
- Technical competence in understanding statutory and mandatory compliances and legislation.
- Ability to prioritize and manage workload with limited supervision.
