Key Responsibilities:
- Identify current and prospective staffing requirements and develop strategies to meet them.
- Prepare and post notices and advertisements to attract top talent.
- Collect and screen applicants, and advise them on employment requirements and terms and conditions of employment.
- Review candidate inventories and contact potential applicants to arrange interviews.
- Notify applicants of the results of the selection process and prepare job offers.
- Determine eligibility to entitlements and arrange staff training.
Requirements:
- 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in human resources or a related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
- Proficiency in MS Windows, electronic mail, database software, MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint, and MS Word.
