About the Role

Key Responsibilities
  • Procedure Evaluation: Review and assess new administrative processes to ensure efficiency and compliance.
  • Task Management: Prioritize tasks, adhere to deadlines, and maintain established procedures.
  • Administrative Support: Carry out various administrative duties for the establishment, including data assembly and report preparation.
  • Procedure Oversight: Coordinate and oversee office administrative procedures.
Requirements
  • Education: Completion of college or CEGEP.
  • Experience: At least 1 month but less than 7 months of experience, or equivalent.
Working Conditions
  • Shift Work: Availability for shift or on-call work.
  • Start Date: Must be available for the advertised start date.
