About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Fraud Analytics Manager to join our team in Canada. As a key member of our Fraud Management Group, you will play a critical role in ensuring the success of our fraud mitigation strategies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Contribute to the development and execution of fraud strategies to minimize losses and maintain a positive customer experience.
  • Lead the analysis of large datasets to identify trends and patterns that inform our fraud prevention efforts.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement new initiatives that drive business results.
  • Develop and maintain expertise in application fraud platforms, including Citadel, ThreatMetrix, and Emailage.
  • Provide regular performance reporting and insights to stakeholders to inform business decisions.
Requirements
  • University degree in statistics, mathematics, or computer science.
  • 3-5 years of analytical experience, preferably in fraud analytics or risk management.
  • Strong coding skills in SAS, R, or Python, with experience working with large datasets.
  • Experience with PRM or similar fraud platforms is an asset.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to distill complex data insights into actionable recommendations.
